📊 Product Details – Display Average Cost

The Product Details page now shows each product’s Average Cost, giving sales, finance, and operations teams immediate visibility into cost and margin context without having to navigate to additional reports.

Users can now attach up to 5–10 supporting files (max 10MB each) when emailing invoices, allowing receipts, terms, and documents to be sent together in one message for clearer customer communication.

Billing address forms now support all countries instead of locking users to the United States; selecting a different country updates address fields and validation automatically. Customer Hub now includes a Country filter, and users cannot set delivery addresses to match billing when billing is outside the U.S.

🔗 Orders – Customer Portal Link During SMS Outages

When SMS is unavailable, the system now displays a copy-ready customer portal link directly on the Order page for special orders, ensuring customers can still review and sign the terms without losing agreements or disrupting workflows.

Rebates can now display multiple brands in one entry (e.g., “Amana, Whirlpool”), improving accuracy for shoppers and staff and ensuring rebates appear correctly when filtering by brand.

🏪 Rebate Management – Buying Group–Based Filtering

Rebates now automatically filter by the store’s buying group—NECO, Nationwide, or fallback—so only eligible rebates appear in the system. This prevents compliance mistakes and removes the need for manual cleanup.

📉 Website – Show Stock Only When Low (Below 5 Units)

Product Details Pages now display stock counts only when fewer than 5 units remain, showing a red urgency message like “Only 3 left in stock!” For 5 or more units, no stock quantity is displayed, reducing confusion and boosting conversion.
