Integrations - Google Merchant / Data Feed Confusion
People are confusing this with our Google Merchant Integration. We should consider adding a separate tile for Google Merchant that says to contact support to learn more, so users do not spend time trying to integrate the data feed to Google Merchant themselves.

Estimated Delivery Date Update?
Can we change the wording for when a product is out of stock and has an estimated delivery date? We are getting a lot of refunds due to the dates not being accurate. If we could add an information box when the customer views their cart on a product that is not-instock. I would like it to say “Product is shipping from the manufacturer and may have extended lead times different from the current estimated date provided. Contact us for a more accurate date”.

Allow Editing or Removing Blog Post Publish Date (SEO & Conversion Control)
Problem / Current Limitation Currently, blog post publish dates are locked and cannot be edited or hidden once set. This limits flexibility in content optimization and negatively impacts link conversion and perceived content freshness. From an SEO and CRO standpoint, visible publish dates can discourage clicks on otherwise evergreen or still relevant content simply because the date appears “old,” even when the information is accurate and valuable. Requested Feature Provide the ability to: Edit the publish date of a blog post Remove or hide the publish date from public view Optionally display “Last Updated” instead of “Published On” Expected Behavior Admin users can modify the publish date field Admin users can toggle date visibility on or off per post Option to show “Last Updated” based on most recent edit instead of original publish date Changes apply immediately to the front end and structured data (schema) SEO & Business Impact Improves link click through rates for evergreen content Prevents valid content from appearing outdated Increases organic performance on long tail keywords Aligns with modern SEO best practices for content lifecycle management Gives marketing full control over content presentation Priority High This request is driven directly by SEO team guidance and impacts traffic, conversions, and content performance. Additional Notes This is a standard feature across most CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, etc.) and is expected functionality for SEO driven content teams.

Protection Plan Page - Need better searchability
Finding the right protection plan is currently difficult because the page lacks basic search tools. I suggest adding a filter sidebar to make the process faster: Filter by 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year terms. Price: Add a range slider or custom price entry. Category filters Why? These simple additions would save users from endless scrolling and make the checkout process much smoother.

Receiving Inventory Location
Your team recently added a feature that allows users to add a new location for inventory directly from the PO page instead of requiring the user to create the location first in the settings page. The issue is that this feature only allows the user to do this in the Requested tab within the PO page. Since the buyer does not know where the item is going to be stored during the create PO stage of the process, this tool is only useful if it was available in the “open” tab in the PO page when receiving inventory. Only when receiving inventory, are we told which location the product is going to be stored in.

Turn Off Unused Features (Workspace Level)
It would be great if appliance.io allowed admins to turn off features we don’t use at the workspace/company level—similar to how ClickUp lets you disable apps. For example, we don’t use delivery routing, and having it visible adds unnecessary complexity for our team. Ideal behavior: Toggle features on/off in Workspace Settings Disabled features are removed from navigation Cleaner, simpler UI for staff Features can be re-enabled anytime This would help smaller dealers reduce confusion, speed up training, and grow into features over time instead of all at once. 👍 Upvote if you’d find this useful too.

I think this is a bug. Every time I click on a selection, it loads first, then allows me to select another selection. Very annoying when wanting to multi-select.

Location Name - Best Practice - Auto Fill
While auditing accounts, I am finding that some clients are putting their company name here. This is not best practice, since users on their website cannot see their location until they click the store page. Best practice is to use {city}, {state} as the location name. For example: “Portland, TN”. I think we should auto-fill this for the client, but allow them to override it if needed.

Bulk Mark Line Items as Delivered Within an Order (Multi Select + Actions)
Problem / Current Behavior For multi line item orders, the logistics team must open the order and mark delivery status one line item at a time. After each status change, the system pauses to load or process, making the workflow slow and repetitive. Requested Feature Add the ability to multi select multiple line items within a single order and use an Actions button to apply Mark as Delivered to all selected items at once. Expected Workflow Open an order with multiple line items Select multiple items using checkboxes (or select all) Click Actions Choose Mark as Delivered Confirm (optional) System updates delivery status for all selected items in one operation Acceptance Criteria Users can select multiple line items on an order via checkbox style selection An Actions dropdown or button is visible when one or more items are selected Selecting Mark as Delivered updates delivery status for all selected items in a single operation System provides a success message and handles partial failures gracefully (example: if one item cannot be marked delivered, it should say which item and why) Delivery status updates without forcing the user to repeat a page load per item Audit trail records which user applied the bulk action and when Business Impact Significant time savings for logistics on every multi item order Fewer clicks and less waiting on system load Reduces human error from repetitive manual updates Improves throughput during high volume periods Priority High (daily operational efficiency improvement)
