โœจ Feature Updates

๐Ÿงพ Settings: Sales Tax โ€“ Changelog & Audit Trail

You can now track all changes made to Sales Tax calculation settings. A new Changelog button opens a read-only history modal showing who made changes, timestamps, and what was updated (old value โ†’ new value). Entries are listed in reverse chronological order, making compliance reviews and troubleshooting much easier.

๐Ÿ“‘ Reporting: Separate Parts & Product Lines

Weโ€™ve enhanced financial reporting by splitting Parts and Products into their own COGS and Revenue lines. On the Income Statement, youโ€™ll now see:

  • Parts COGS / Revenue / Refund

  • Product COGS / Revenue / Refund

On the Balance Sheet, Deferred Revenue also includes a distinct Part Sales line.

This gives clearer visibility into margins and costs for service parts vs. finished goods. Historical reports remain unchanged, while all new reports use the updated structure.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Reporting: Inventory Adjustment Line

Weโ€™ve added Inventory Adjustments as a dedicated line item in the Income Statement Report

  • Write-offs (lost/damaged items or items that have left your inventory) appear as expenses, such as delivered products, transferring inventory, deleting products from reconciliation and the inventory, and In-transit scan out

  • Recoveries (reconciled/added stock) appear as income.
Users can click this line to drill into transaction details. A tooltip explains the adjustments, making discrepancies transparent and easy to track.

๐Ÿฌ Multi-Location & Customer Class Reporting

Income Statements and Balance Sheets can now include up to 5 locations & customer class in a single report.

  • Preview: Always shows side-by-side columns for quick comparisons.

  • Export Options: Choose between Overview (side-by-side) or Accountant View (transaction-style table). Available in CSV, XLSX, and PDF.

  • Tooltips guide users on which format best suits quick reviews vs. detailed accounting.

This makes comparing performance across locations faster, more accurate, and easier to share.

โš™๏ธ Stability Improvements

๐Ÿ“Š Accounts Receivable

Fixed an issue where $0 balances still appeared in the Accounts Receivable report after the full product was paid on the credit line and normal orders. The Accounts Receivable entry now auto-clears when the balance hits $0, while partial returns and mixed payment methods are adjusted proportionally.

๐Ÿท Sales Tax

Fixed mismatched amounts between the Sales Tax report and the order page. Also addressed missing return data so refunded amounts are correctly recorded and applied to customer credits.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Payment Breakdown

  • Fixed missing repayment data when customers repaid Credit Line orders โ€” repayments now appear correctly in the Payment Breakdown report.

  • Corrected a production-only issue where fees were inconsistent between the AIO Pay report, Payment Breakdown, and Order page. Fee calculations are now aligned across all reports.
