We can only choose “Delivery and Install” or “Delivery Only,” both tied to a product. When a customer just needs installation — like for an appliance they bought elsewhere — we have to use Home Visit as a workaround, which isn’t ideal.
Please add an “Install Only” fulfillment option so we can schedule installation services on their own, without linking them to a product or delivery.
