We need a way to automatically freeze customer accounts when they still owe money. Right now, we have to track this manually, and it’s easy for overdue accounts to slip through the cracks.Ideally, we could choose when an account should freeze—such as when an order has been overdue for 15, 30, or even 90 days. For example, if a customer hasn’t paid their invoice after 30 days, their account would automatically freeze so they can’t place new orders until the balance is cleared.At the same time, we still want flexibility. A super admin should be able to override the freeze when needed, such as for loyal customers or special circumstances.

I’d like to make a request, in Routing, in our notes area, I put anyone who needs that day off, and any additional notes for projects.I’d like to know if you can make a button in routes that I could click and it would pop up a full screen calendar of that month and show all notes in it, for that month for quick reference. Also a box with an X in the corner, to close out easily too. Right now, orders can be edited at any time, even months later. This can cause problems because users can go back to an old order and just add new items, instead of creating a new one.For example: if a customer buys 3 chairs and 1 table today, then calls back a week later to add 2 more chairs, it really should be a new order. We’d like a way to set a time limit on editing orders (for example, 24 hours or 7 days after the order was placed). After that window, any new items should require a new order.👉 Please add a setting to restrict how long an order can be edited.

Can we update this message when a credit line is owed to only show up if the balance is like 30 days old or something. I know my customer will owe when I schedule the delivery but I still have to select proceed on EVERY item I schedule for delivery. Its adding extra steps when Im aware of what they owe. This is a customer that has been buying for a long time and a bunch of stuff. They get orders scheduled then they send a check for said order. Please update this if possible to only pop up after a certain period of time not the instant I apply the credit line and tag the items. I just want to schedule the appliances without having the click yes Id like to proceed after each item is scheduled. Its rubbing salt in a wound for instance.

We’ve noticed some confusion and friction around how customer phone numbers show up between the order page and the driver app.Right now, on the order page we can see three possible phone numbers for a customer: a mobile, a home, and an alternate number. However, in the driver app only two numbers are visible. This means drivers don’t always see all the contact options that our team sees on the order page.On top of that, the mobile number on the order page isn’t labeled as “Mobile,” while “Home” and “Alternate” are labeled. Sometimes customers call to change their delivery date after the truck has already left. Today, when an order is marked In-Transit, our team can’t reschedule it from the Order page. We have to ping drivers to cancel the stop and then keep checking back until the system lets us pick a new date. That delay creates extra work, slows communication with customers, and leaves everyone frustrated—especially on busy days.Real example: A customer calls at 10:15 AM to move tomorrow’s fridge delivery to next Tuesday. Because the order is In-Transit, our team can’t adjust it. We notify the driver, wait for them to cancel, and tell the customer we’ll confirm later. By the time we can actually reschedule, the customer’s availability has changed again and we start over.Why this matters<ul><li>We’re forced to revisit the same orders multiple times just to see if they’re reschedulable yet.</li><li>Customers don’t get immediate confirmation, which hurts trust.</li><li>Sales and support lose time they could spend helping other customers.</li></ul>What we’d like<ul><li>Allow us to reschedule even when an order is In-Transit, directly from the Order page.</li><li>Support single-item and bulk actions (checkbox select + “Reschedule”).</li><li>Show a simple confirmation (“Reschedule Delivery?”) that explains this will cancel the current stop and move the item(s) back to Open.</li><li>After confirming, the system should:<ul><li>Cancel the current stop and move item(s) to Open automatically.</li><li>Notify the driver and update routes/schedules in the background.</li><li>Let us send an immediate confirmation email to the customer with the new date.</li></ul></li><li>In the driver app, if a stop gets rescheduled while they’re viewing it, show a clear message (“This stop has been rescheduled”) with a one-tap return to the dashboard.</li></ul>The ask Please enable immediate, on-page rescheduling for orders in the In-Transit state—with bulk select, a clear confirmation step, automatic driver notification/route update, and the ability to send the customer a confirmation right away.

It’s repetitive, error-prone, and slows the team down. What we’d love is a simple, always-fresh product feed we can plug into our marketing platforms. We only need JSON, as long as it’s formatted consistently and hosted at a secure URL we can drop into tools like Channable or Merchant Center. It would be incredibly helpful to have an AI-powered search option built right into the top bar. For example, our sales team could type in natural questions like:<ul><li>“Which in-stock washer has the highest profit margin based on website price?”</li></ul>This kind of search would save time digging through reports and make it easier for staff to quickly get insights they can act on. I’m noticing our Delivery Schedule only looks at product deliveries when showing availability, but our crews also do home visits (surveys, service calls, installations). Those home visits use the same crew time and are booked through the same scheduler, yet they don’t show up in the dashboard numbers—so the day can look “open” when it’s actually full.A real example: If we set 6 delivery slots for a day and we also book 4 home visits, the dashboard still shows room for 6 deliveries. Sales then promises a delivery window that the crew can’t actually cover, because those 4 home visits already ate up capacity. On the routing page, home visits also aren’t clearly broken out from deliveries/installs, which makes it hard to gauge true workload.What we’d like to see:<ul><li>Dashboard (Delivery Schedule widget)<ul><li>Keep “Available Deliveries” tied to the delivery limit.</li><li>Add a second line: “Home Visits Available” for that day.</li><li>An info tooltip that explains both impact the same crews but follow separate limits.</li></ul></li><li>Scheduling logic<ul><li>When checking availability, include home visits in the capacity checks—without merging the numbers into a single count (we set different limits on purpose).</li></ul></li><li>Routing page<ul><li>Show Total Product Deliveries and Total Home Visits as separate numbers.</li><li>Clearly label home visits (not mixed with installs/deliveries) so the team can see what’s consuming capacity.</li></ul></li></ul>Simple example to make it concrete:<ul><li>Daily delivery limit: 6</li><li>Daily home visit limit: 5</li><li>If we’ve already booked 4 home visits, the dashboard should reflect Home Visits Available: 1 even if Available Deliveries still shows 6—and scheduling should respect both limits so we can’t overpromise.</li></ul>Request: Please update the Delivery Schedule dashboard, routing page, and scheduling checks so home visits are tracked and displayed separately (not merged with deliveries), while still counting toward overall crew capacity. This keeps the numbers honest for Sales and Scheduling and prevents accidental overbooking.

🐞 Problem:Currently, all credit card processing fees are absorbed by our clients for transactions made via credit card on the platform.⚠️ Why is this a problem:Many of our clients would prefer to pass these processing fees onto their customers instead of covering the cost themselves. Without this flexibility, they are forced to take a financial hit on every card transaction, which adds up over time.✅ Solution:We want to give clients the ability to choose whether or not to pass credit card fees on to their customers. Our field teams have noticed that the cooktop section in the Home Visit form is a bit unclear — especially the measurement fields labeled “A,” “B,” “C,” and “D.” Different surveyors interpret these labels differently, which sometimes leads to incorrect cutout dimensions and installation issues later on.It would be great if the form used clear, standardized labels such as:<ul><li>A: Cut-Out Width</li><li>B: Cut-Out Depth</li><li>C: Distance from front of countertop to cutout</li><li>D: Clearance between back wall and countertop cutout</li></ul>Also, when a replacement model hasn’t been confirmed yet, it should automatically show “TBD” in the model number field so teams can complete the visit without leaving it blank.In short, we’d love the cooktop section of the Home Visit form to be more self-explanatory and consistent — reducing confusion in the field and preventing costly rework.Request: Please update the Home Visit form for cooktops to include descriptive measurement labels (A–D) and a “TBD” fallback when the model isn’t selected yet.
