Add "Services" column on the Deliveries Page

Delivery teams often miss tasks like haul away or installation because these extra services aren’t visible on the delivery or shipment page. They have to open each order to find out what’s required, which can easily lead to mistakes or incomplete deliveries.

It would be really helpful to see all applied services right in the Deliveries table — for example, a “Services” column showing “Haul Away,” “Install,” or similar. For orders with multiple services, it could list them all or show “+1 more” with a hover tooltip for details.

Ideally, this information would also appear in exported reports (PDF/CSV), and showing the installation name directly would make it even clearer for the team.
