Right now, we can’t enter an international billing address, the system automatically locks the country to “United States,” and it can’t be changed. This becomes a problem for us since we have many international clients — for example, in the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos — who need their actual business address listed on their account. This limits us when processing quotes or invoices for these customers.
It would be great if we could freely edit the country field when adding a new customer and enter international billing addresses as needed. This would make it much easier to manage clients outside the U.S. and ensure their details are accurate.
