Inventory Transfers: In-Transit Status, Exact Costs, and Multi-Model Improvement

Please enhance Inventory Transfers to include an In-Transit step, preserve exact item costs by letting us select specific lines, and enhance the UX when transferring multiple models

Currently there’s no in-transit status. As soon as we create a transfer, items look like they’ve already arrived at the destination. Second, transfers don’t always carry the exact cost of the specific items selected. We need the ability to choose which units are being sent so the destination inherits the correct cost. Also I think we can improve the UX when selecting multiple models

Example: If we’re sending 5 appliances (with mixed cost layers) from one warehouse to another, we should be able to add all items into a single transfer, mark it In-Transit, and then receive them with the correct costs applied.
