The current Damage Allowance functionality in the system does not provide an option to apply the credit to the original payment method or the customer's account credit. This makes it difficult to properly handle and track damage-related credits.
Please enhance the Damage Allowance functionality to allow the credit to be applied either to the original payment method or the customer's account credit.
The system should also record these details clearly in the order or delivery history and reflect them in reports for better tracking and reconciliation.
