Orders: Adding Home Visits - Install - Model not recognized

Ive tried this before and after delivery and when you add an install HV, you are required to enter the model number - and it refuses to recognie the model number ive entered from the order.

Also - look into this feature? - Do we really NEED to require that the model number be from the order?

What if someone had a range delivered by home depot and wants to pay store to install - they should be able to enter any model number they want,.. i think…
