Our accounting team often needs specific reports that aren’t available in the standard reporting options. Right now, we have to request new reports from developers every time we need a different data view — which slows things down and limits flexibility.
It would be great to have a self-service reporting tool that lets us build our own reports using any data fields in the system. For example, we could select fields like sales, payments, customer info, or inventory, then filter and sort them by date, location, or product.
We’d also like the ability to export reports in Excel or CSV format, and ideally save commonly used report templates so we can reuse them later.
👉 Request: Add a custom reporting feature that allows users to select data fields, apply filters, and export reports — without needing developer assistance.
