Custom Order Views with Status Columns & In Transit Option

I often find it hard to manage my orders because the system doesn’t let me customize how I view them. Right now, there’s no way to set up views based on the statuses I care about, and I can’t even see an “In Transit” status to track orders that are already on the way.

Every team works differently—some need to keep an eye on requested orders, others on deliveries, and some just want to see what’s in transit. Without the ability to personalize, we’re constantly clicking around or exporting data just to get the right picture.

What would help:

  • A Custom View option where I can pick which statuses I want to see (e.g. Requested, Pending Delivery, In Transit, Delivered, etc.) and save it as a tab.

  • An In Transit status so we can monitor active deliveries without manually checking elsewhere.

  • Clear documentation of which columns are shown in each status tab, so there’s no guessing what information is included.

  • Ideally, the custom views I create on “My Orders” should automatically mirror to the Order Report, so we’re all looking at the same data.

  • Down the road, it would be amazing to rearrange or hide/show columns for each view so everyone can tailor it to their workflow.

In short: Please make it possible to create and save custom order views with status-based columns, and add “In Transit” as a selectable status. This would make it much easier to manage orders in a way that fits how we actually work.
