Customizable user roles

The fixed roles in Appliance.io don’t fit every business. Smaller teams often need one person to cover multiple roles, while larger organizations need more specialized ones. Right now, we can’t adjust roles to match how our teams actually work.

What would help:

• Create and name our own roles

• Simple on/off toggles for permissions

• Edit existing roles as needs change
