Damaged Appliance follow Through

We would like to have a way to track the Damaged appliances and resolutions that were made between us and the manufacturer or distributor. Example, If we unboxed an appliance for the floor and it had a major scratch. GE offered us a credit and we accepted. OR GE asked for the appliance to be sent back. Just a way to track the follow through of any damages on our side that are not attached to customer orders.
