Default Terms & Conditions for New Clients

When a new client signs up, the system doesn’t preload any Terms & Conditions. This often means they don’t realize they need to add them right away, which can lead to confusion, missing legal protections, or extra setup steps later.

It would be really helpful if new accounts automatically came with a set of default Terms & Conditions already in place. For example, the platform could preload a general version (like Slyman’s) into Settings → Terms and Conditions → General Terms and Conditions so there’s something ready from day one.

From there, the client could review, customize, or replace them as needed. A small note in the Quotes and Orders sections could remind them:
✨ “Default Terms & Conditions have been preloaded. Please review and customize them to fit your company’s needs.”

By doing this, every new client would start with a solid foundation and wouldn’t risk overlooking such an important step.
