Delivery Schedule: Please show Home Visits in capacity (so we don’t overbook)

I’m noticing our Delivery Schedule only looks at product deliveries when showing availability, but our crews also do home visits (surveys, service calls, installations). Those home visits use the same crew time and are booked through the same scheduler, yet they don’t show up in the dashboard numbers—so the day can look “open” when it’s actually full.

A real example:
If we set 6 delivery slots for a day and we also book 4 home visits, the dashboard still shows room for 6 deliveries. Sales then promises a delivery window that the crew can’t actually cover, because those 4 home visits already ate up capacity. On the routing page, home visits also aren’t clearly broken out from deliveries/installs, which makes it hard to gauge true workload.

What we’d like to see:

• Dashboard (Delivery Schedule widget)

  • Keep “Available Deliveries” tied to the delivery limit.

  • Add a second line: “Home Visits Available” for that day.

  • An info tooltip that explains both impact the same crews but follow separate limits.

• Scheduling logic

  • When checking availability, include home visits in the capacity checks—without merging the numbers into a single count (we set different limits on purpose).

• Routing page

  • Show Total Product Deliveries and Total Home Visits as separate numbers.

  • Clearly label home visits (not mixed with installs/deliveries) so the team can see what’s consuming capacity.

Simple example to make it concrete:

• Daily delivery limit: 6

• Daily home visit limit: 5

• If we’ve already booked 4 home visits, the dashboard should reflect Home Visits Available: 1 even if Available Deliveries still shows 6—and scheduling should respect both limits so we can’t overpromise.

Request:
Please update the Delivery Schedule dashboard, routing page, and scheduling checks so home visits are tracked and displayed separately (not merged with deliveries), while still counting toward overall crew capacity. This keeps the numbers honest for Sales and Scheduling and prevents accidental overbooking.
