Keep Our Brand and Data Separate from Other Tenants

We’re using your DMI integration system as one of multiple companies on the platform, and right now everything feels shared instead of tenant-specific. Our data, models, and credentials all live in what looks like one big pool, and that’s starting to create real problems for us.

From our side, we want our company to feel like it has its own space in the system — with our branding, our data, and our credentials clearly separated from everyone else. Today, that’s not the case:

• The interface doesn’t clearly reflect our brand (logo, colors, styling). It feels generic, not like “our” environment.

• It’s not always obvious where our data ends and another company’s begins, which raises concerns about privacy, security, and compliance.

• Credentials like model identifiers, API keys, and access tokens don’t clearly belong to a specific company, which can cause confusion and the fear of accidental data leakage.

For example, a teammate might see a model identifier or configuration that looks like it came from another company and wonder:

“Is this actually ours? Are we looking at something we shouldn’t be seeing?”

That kind of uncertainty is a big red flag for us, especially when we talk to clients about security and compliance.

What we’d really like is:

• A fully isolated tenant environment per company, so there is no cross-tenant data visibility.

• Unique identifiers and credentials (API keys, model numbers, tokens) that are clearly tied to our tenant only.

• The ability to customize our tenant’s UI with our logo, colors, and brand styling.

• Confidence that all APIs and dashboards respect tenant boundaries by design.

• An admin experience on your side that still lets you manage tenants centrally without compromising isolation.

Please update the DMI platform to use a true multi-tenant architecture where each company has its own isolated data, credentials, and branding — so we can operate in a secure, clearly separated environment that feels like “ours,” not a shared system.
