Drivers App: Contractor Orders: Scan/photos delivered items once in place

When delivering to large apartment projects, we often unload everything at once into a central location. After that, we walk through unit by unit to place items. Right now, there’s no simple way to track which items went into which apartment.

What would make this so much better is the ability for drivers to snap photos and assign delivered items directly to a specific apartment number while they’re inside the unit. That way, we’d have a clear record showing what went into each apartment, complete with photos (and ideally serial numbers if needed).

For example: unload 50 appliances for a new building, then as we deliver them, go into Unit 101, snap a photo of the installed range, assign it to “101,” and repeat for Unit 102, 103, and so on.

This would give both contractors and us a reliable record of delivery, prevent mix-ups between units, and make it easy to confirm everything is accounted for.
