Right now, disputes only show up in the payout report, but there’s no way for our team to know one has been filed unless we’re checking constantly. This is a big risk—something as important as a chargeback or consumer dispute should trigger an immediate notification.
For example, if a $3,000+ dispute is opened, we don’t want to discover it days later by chance. We’d like an alert (email, in-app, or both) as soon as the dispute is created so we can respond quickly and avoid unnecessary losses.
Request: Please add an internal notification setting that alerts us right away when a dispute comes in.
