Inventory in transfer should be locked from reservation

When I create a transfer for an item, it still shows up as available in inventory. For example, I transferred a refrigerator model (GFE26JYMFS) and even though it was already in transit, the system still showed two units available for reservation.

This causes confusion and can lead to someone reserving stock that’s actually being moved to another location.

It would be great if any item currently in transfer was automatically locked, so it can’t be reserved or sold until it arrives at the destination.
