Items showing Not Ready

When and Item is marked as the customer is not ready for delivery, It shows that 0 items are ready even though they are here and reserved. This causes confusion making the sales people think that they need to request the items again…. Can this be changed to showing the items ready? Delivery not ready could be displayed somewhere else?
