hello! JennAir just changed their instant rebate process 1/1/2026. We used to submit the rebate as soon as the order was created and showed up on the Dashboard as “needs attention”. Now these rebates can not be submitted until all models on the order have been delivered. I assume this process is the same for all dealers? Is there a way for the Dashboard to now only show this order as “needs attention” once all products have been delivered? For now, I will leave orders as “needs attention” and check the orders periodically to see if all products have been delivered yet.
