Right now, customers can’t repay their Credit Line balance or add-ons through the Customer Portal after delivery. Everything has to be handled manually, which creates extra work and confusion.
We’d like the ability to send a portal payment link that:
Stays valid until the selected balance is paid or the order is canceled.
Lets us choose whether it’s for Credit Line or Add-ons.
Enforces the right payment rules (ACH-only for Credit Line, normal methods for add-ons).
Shows clear labels so customers know exactly what they’re paying.
Example: Jane gets a link for “Credit Line Repayment” and pays it online via ACH. Later, she gets a separate link for her Add-on Balance and pays with a card. Simple, clear, and no manual intervention.
Request: Give us flexible portal links so customers can repay Credit Line balances or add-ons on their own.
