Problem:
Once a route has started in the driver app, drivers cannot reschedule stops unless they navigate to the specific stop and select "I'm on my way."
This process can be time-consuming, especially if the stop needing rescheduling is further along the route.
Drivers may have to skip multiple stops just to reach the one that needs to be changed.
Unexpected situations or accidents can make this limitation frustrating and inefficient.

Solution:
On routing page and Drivers App:
Allow drivers and users to reschedule any stop on an active route without requiring the truck to be at the stop or to select "I'm on my way."
Add a "reschedule" button to reschedule one single stop
Provide flexibility for drivers to adjust stops as needed, streamlining the rescheduling process and improving overall efficiency.
