Sometimes an order has a product with special terms that requires a customer signature. That’s fine when everything is signed upfront, but problems come up if:
A product with special terms gets added later.
The customer isn’t available to sign right away.
The order can’t move forward because the system blocks it until the signature is collected.
Right now, there’s no way for admins to override this. The only workaround is restarting the whole process, which is frustrating and causes delays.
What would really help is an option for Super Admins to bypass the signature requirement when it makes sense—without needing to fake a name, upload anything, or break the audit trail. Ideally, it would:
Be visible only to Super Admins.
Clearly show in the order that the signature was bypassed, along with who did it.
Log the bypass action (and optional reason) in the system changelog for accountability.
This way, orders don’t get stuck just because a customer signature can’t be collected in time, while still keeping everything transparent and traceable.
👉 Request: Please add a “Signature Bypass” option for Super Admins in the Special Terms section so orders can move forward without unnecessary delays.
