Let Us Shop by Multiple Non-New Conditions (Scratch & Dent, Used, etc.)

Right now, the website only supports a single non-new condition, so everything gets lumped into one category. As a shopper, this makes it really hard to know what I’m actually buying.

For example, there’s a big difference between a “Scratch & Dent” model, a “Factory Blemished” model, and a “Used” model. Each has a different price point, warranty, and expectation. Other retailers like BestBuy already let you shop by at least one extra condition, and it helps customers find exactly what they want.

Here’s what would make the experience better:

• A “Shop Outlet” section where I can choose from different non-new conditions in a dropdown.

• Product cards that clearly show the condition and price, and indicate if multiple conditions are available.

• On the product page, easy buttons to switch between conditions with the price, description, and photos updating accordingly.

• At checkout, the order summary should highlight which condition I’m buying and note any condition-specific return policy.

This would give customers real choice, set clear expectations, and increase confidence in making a purchase.

Request: Please add support for multiple non-new conditions (like Scratch & Dent, Used, Factory Blemished) so customers can browse, filter, and buy the exact condition they’re looking for.
