Limit How Long Orders Can Be Edited

Right now, orders can be edited at any time, even months later. This can cause problems because users can go back to an old order and just add new items, instead of creating a new one.

For example: if a customer buys 3 chairs and 1 table today, then calls back a week later to add 2 more chairs, it really should be a new order.

We’d like a way to set a time limit on editing orders (for example, 24 hours or 7 days after the order was placed). After that window, any new items should require a new order.
