Make Receiving Inventory Faster with Pre-Loaded PO & Truck Data

Right now, our warehouse team spends a lot of time manually checking in inventory — scanning each item, typing in PO numbers, and juggling paperwork. It’s slow, error-prone, and gets especially painful when we receive large truckloads of products.

We’d love a way to pre-load truck or purchase order (PO) data before the delivery even arrives. For example, if we could upload the manifest or PO details (with item quantities and model numbers), the system could automatically have everything ready for when the truck shows up.

Then, when receiving inventory, our team could just pick the incoming truck from a list and quickly “check off” each item as it’s unloaded — no manual data entry, no paperwork to carry around, and no need to scan every single serial number at this stage.
