
It would be really helpful if we could customize the list of options for the “How did you hear about us?” dropdown in the customer form.
Right now, the choices seem fixed — but every business tracks this differently. For example, we might want to include options like “Google Ads,” “Referral Program,” “Local Event,” or “Repeat Customer,” depending on our marketing channels.
Having a company-level setting to edit or manage these options would make it much easier to keep our data consistent with our actual marketing sources.
Request: Please add a Company Setting where admins can create, edit, and reorder the options in the “How did you hear about us?” dropdown.
