Move AIO PAY Fee out of Revenue into Operating Expenses

Description:
The AIO PAY Fee is currently grouped under Revenue → Adjustments, which is incorrect from an accounting perspective and causes reporting issues.

Request:

• Create a new section called Operating Expenses

• Move AIO PAY Fee from Revenue → Adjustments to Operating Expenses

Problem:
Because the AIO PAY Fee is treated as a revenue adjustment, it is currently included in the dashboard Revenue widget logic, which incorrectly reduces reported revenue.

Outcome:
Moving this fee to Operating Expenses will:

• Align financials with standard accounting practices

• Ensure the Revenue dashboard widget reflects true net revenue, excluding payment processing costs
