I manage reporting across several locations, and right now the income statement and balance sheet only let me view one location at a time. To compare performance, I have to export each location separately, mash the files together, line up the rows, and hope the totals still make sense. It’s slow, easy to mess up, and the formatting is never consistent.
We need a simple way to look at multiple locations side-by-side for quick reviews, and also download a detailed version that accountants can use without rework.
Example: I pick a date range (e.g., July), select 3–5 locations, and see an on-screen preview with each location in its own column and the same rows in the same order. If I need to dig deeper or share with my accountant, I export an “Accountant View” that lists one row per location/account/date so it drops cleanly into our reconciliation process. Both versions should export to CSV/XLSX/PDF and show negatives using our workspace settings (red or parentheses). If a location has no data, it should show 0.00 without breaking the layout.
What I’m asking for:
Please add multi-location reporting (up to 5 locations) for Income Statement and Balance Sheet with:
A multi-select Location filter (preserves the selection order for column order).
A preview that always shows a side-by-side Overview (consistent rows across locations).
Exports in two formats:
Overview: same as the preview for quick comparison.
Accountant View: transaction-style rows by date range, location, and account.
Both formats available in CSV, XLSX, and PDF, using the same underlying data so totals always match.
