first email: “this will be used in the "Contact Us" section of your website footer.

Email Sender

On each email sent through quotes, orders or notifications there is a toggle where the sender can choose "send from salesperson". If this toggle is turned off, this will be the default email that is used.

Quote period: A quote period is the timeframe a quote stays active before it expires. This helps track quotes that need follow-up - after 14 days, if a customer hasn't moved forward, it alerts the salesperson to reach back out before the customer buys elsewhere. You can see expired quotes in the "Expired" tab on your My Quotes page.
