Option to remove "in-stock" filter on website

Problem:

• Most of the products will be drop-shipped rather than kept in stock. This means that if customers use the in-stock filter, most of the products will disappear from the search results.

Goal:

• Allow the ability to remove or disable the in-stock filter on the website, so that customers can see the full product catalog regardless of current inventory status.

Proposed Solution:

• Implement a toggle or setting that allows turning off the in-stock filter on the website.

• The in-stock filter should be disabled by default for this website, but the option to enable it should still exist in case they want to turn it on in the future.
