When looking at the totals in a quote or order, the layout can be really confusing—especially when packages are involved. Right now it looks like package discounts are being deducted in a strange way, which makes it hard to confirm what the original price was, how much was actually saved, and what the final charges are.
For example:
If I buy a package deal, I want to see the full original price first.
Then I want a clear “Savings” line that shows both the sale discounts and the package discount together.
Finally, if there are extra charges (like delivery zone fees), I want those listed right after the savings so the balance due makes sense.
This simple order of information would make it much easier to verify totals quickly and would prevent customers (and our own team) from second-guessing the math.
What we’d like:
Update the first three lines of the totals section so it clearly shows:
Original Price (from the regular price rule or product pricing)
Savings (all discounts combined, hidden if none apply)
Delivery Zone Additional Charge (if applicable)
This change would make the totals section far more accurate, transparent, and easy to review.
