Phase 2: Instant Rebates Automation & Advanced Qualification Logic

We need a better way to manage instant rebates on the platform. Right now, everything has to be entered manually, which is slow, error-prone, and really limits what kinds of promotions we can offer.

For example, if a manufacturer offers “Buy a washer + dryer, get $100 off” or “Buy 4 kitchen appliances, get 10% off,” there’s no good way to set that up. The system doesn’t let us build layered or tiered rebates, and we can’t target rebates down to specific SKUs (like “only applies to Model X” or “pedestal free with this washer”).

On top of that, the rebate editor is stuck in a cramped popup. It’s hard to read, harder to manage, and almost impossible when we need multiple conditions (like category + brand + minimum spend). We also need to make sure Nationwide rebates only show up for Nationwide members, while manufacturer rebates remain visible to everyone.

What we’d love to see:

  • Automated rebates: Pull manufacturer and Nationwide rebate data directly into the platform so they’re always up to date.

  • Member visibility control: Nationwide rebates should only display for Nationwide members.

  • Advanced logic: Support packages (2-piece laundry sets, 4+ piece kitchen sets), tiered discounts, minimum spend, quantity-based rules, and SKU-specific rewards.

  • Clear setup page: A dedicated rebate settings page (not a popup) where we can build rules with “AND/OR” conditions, multiple groups, and flexible rewards like % off, $ off, or apply-to-specific SKU.

  • Accurate integration: Rebates should calculate correctly in quotes, invoices, and website checkout, with savings shown clearly to the customer.

This would give us the flexibility to run the same types of promotions we see from manufacturers and buying groups, without all the manual work or customer confusion.

👉 Please build an automated, flexible instant rebate system with advanced qualification logic.
