🐞 Problem:
Once a Purchase Order has been created, buyers and store management cannot edit it.

⚠️ Why is this a Problem:
Our clients submit Purchase Orders directly to manufacturers, then copy that information into the system just for record keeping. If something changes, they have no way to update the Purchase Order in our system unless it’s deleted and re-entered.

✅ Solution:
Allow Purchase Orders to be editable after creation, but only for non-DMI and non-ADC orders (since those are submitted directly through the system).
