Quote/Order Duplication: Add Pop Up Notification: Fulfillment

When someone duplicates a quote or order, it also transfers over the fulfillment options that were on the original. We should notify them that this is happening at some point in that process.

"Quick Note: Your fulfillment selections have also been transferred to the new quote/order."

Depending on whether it’s a quote or an order, of course.
