Sometimes a customer places a second order that directly ties into their original order—for example, ordering an optional backguard after the main range, or switching from gas to electric. Right now, these separate orders can be hard to track together, which makes it easy for one to get overlooked during scheduling or delivery.
It would be very helpful to have a way to connect two orders so they’re clearly marked as part of the same “ticket.” For example: Order #1-19752-A and Order #1-19752-B. That way, when scheduling or processing, both orders are seen as linked, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Request: Please add the ability to link two (or more) related orders together so they can be tracked and scheduled as one connected set.
