Right now, the Pending and Resolved tabs in Returns Management don’t have a proper date filter. We can only scroll through and manually search, which is time-consuming and frustrating—especially compared to the Returns Report section, which does have a complete date range filter.
This inconsistency slows us down. If I’m trying to check returns from last week, or pull up everything from the past 30 days, I shouldn’t have to dig through pages of records manually.
It would make things much more efficient if the Pending and Resolved tabs had the same date filter as the Returns Report. Ideally, we could choose specific dates, ranges, or use quick options like “last 7 days” or “last 30 days.”
Request: Please add a full date range filter to the Pending and Resolved tabs in Returns Management, consistent with what’s already available in the Returns Report.
