Set Different Terms & Conditions by Customer Type

Right now, the system only allows one universal Terms & Conditions (TOS) for all customers. This makes it difficult to manage when Retail, Web, Trade, or Project accounts each require their own specific terms.

It would be much easier if we could assign separate TOS templates for each customer type — for both quotes and orders. For example, when creating an order for a Trade customer, the system would automatically apply the “Trade TOS,” while a Retail customer would get the “Retail TOS.”

Ideally, users could also choose which TOS is the default, with a fallback option if a specific type isn’t defined.

👉 Request: Allow separate, editable Terms & Conditions for each customer type, and have the correct TOS apply automatically based on the customer’s category.
