When I’m adding a new user in Settings, I have to pick a role for them, but there’s no quick way to see what each role actually means or what permissions they have. I always end up leaving the page to search the Help Guide, which is a hassle and slows things down.
For example, I recently wanted to add a new team member but wasn’t sure if they should be an Admin or a Manager. I had to stop what I was doing, look up the roles in the Help Guide, and then come back to finish the setup. It’s confusing and makes it easy to assign the wrong role by mistake.
It would be so much better if there was a simple way to see what each role does right from the Add User screen. Maybe a link or an icon next to the Role selector that either takes me straight to the Help Guide or, even better, pops up a quick summary of all the roles and their permissions. Having the Brayn logo there as a visual guide would also be really helpful.
Could you please add an easy way to view role descriptions and permissions when adding a user? This would make setup much smoother and help avoid mistakes.
