Right now, the customer credit report only lists the customer name, date, and credit amount — but it doesn’t show what the credit was for. This makes it hard to track which specific item or order a credit was applied to.
It would be much more useful if the report showed detailed information, like which item or order the credit relates to. That way, accounting and customer service teams could easily understand why the credit was issued and how it was used.
For example, if a credit was given for a damaged product, the report could list the product name or order number directly next to the credit amount.
👉 Request: Add item- or order-level details to the customer credit report (and possibly to the customer page) so it’s clear what each credit is tied to.
