When we add notes during a refund or return, they don’t show up on the order or customer details pages. This makes it easy to miss important context, causing duplicate refunds or inconsistent communication.
Please display refund/return notes (with type, timestamp, and author) directly on the order page and customer details page, similar to payment notes. This would give us a clear, consistent view without switching screens.
