Suggested Regular and Sale Price Rules for All Brands

Show suggested regular and sale price rules to use for all brands. this will help Appliance.io clients and when they need help pricing brands in their system.

• brands with MSRP should almost always have it set as the Regular Price Rule

• brands with UMRP pricing should use it as the Sale Price Rule (enable use of PUMRP pricing)

• brands with MAP pricing should set it as the Sale Price Rule (enable use of PMAP pricing)

• some brands have UMRP and MAP pricing available, but some skus have UMRP pricing while other skus have MAP pricing. So both should be set as Sale Price Rules
