Support B-Stock Inventory File Compatibility & Lightweight Integration

Description:
B-Stock has expressed interest in recommending dealers to Appliance.io and promoting a lightweight integration with our platform. To support this, we need to confirm whether their current inventory file format is compatible with Appliance.io.

Problem:

• B-Stock provided sample inventory files that may not align with our current data structure.

• If we can’t support their file format today, it could create friction in onboarding them and other future suppliers.

Proposed Solution:

1. Evaluate the compatibility of B-Stock’s provided inventory files with our platform.

2. If incompatible, recommend adjustments to their file format OR update our platform to accept the format.

3. Build toward a more universal file import framework, since we expect to work with many suppliers in the future.

4. Explore opportunities to formalize a lightweight integration with B-Stock (potentially via CSV/API).

Impact:

• Unlocks partnership opportunities with B-Stock by making it easy for them to onboard and promote Appliance.io to their dealer network.

• Future-proofs Appliance.io by making supplier integrations more scalable and less custom.
