Add a validation fallback in case the AIO Pay transaction is not recorded in the system.
If this occurs, temporarily prevent the user from making another payment for 5–10 minutes. Display an alert on the quote or order page, and include a message instructing the user to contact support.
Since the payment status cannot be confirmed, the alert should use a general message such as:
“A payment has been made for this order but has not yet been recorded in the system. The transaction may have succeeded or failed. Please contact support for assistance.”
