🐞 Problem:
The current price sheet on our website lacks clear explanations about what the different payment options mean, how they are used, and where they can be applied. Clients frequently have questions during demos that could easily be answered upfront on this page.
⚠️ Why is this a Problem:
Potential clients are left confused about our payment options and services, which delays decision-making and increases the number of basic questions during sales calls. The layout also feels cluttered—showing both logos and text for the same merchants—making the page harder to digest.
✅ Solution:
Simplify the design by using logos only (remove redundant text labels).
Add clear descriptions under each payment type explaining:
What kind of payments these are.
How and where they are used (e.g., platform, website, or both).
Add a new “Financing” category.
Include financing partners such as Synchrony, Wells Fargo, Acima, and Snap.
Note that no additional cost is charged for offering these financing options.
Briefly explain that clients must have accounts with each service to offer them.
Use this update as an opportunity to proactively answer common questions raised during demos.
Follow the attached image as a guide for detailed layout and content structure.
