Wholesale Login & Account Approval System - Phase 1

Right now, everyone sees the same retail prices. Our wholesale customers can’t log in to see their negotiated rates, and sensitive discounts are exposed to the public. On top of that, admins have to manually approve accounts and manage pricing, which wastes time.

What we need:

• A login-only wholesale portal where trade customers see their own pricing, orders, and quotes.

• An online request form for wholesale access, with admin approval.

• Tiered pricing by customer or brand, plus rules for minimum order sizes or spend.

• Control over whether rebates/coupons can stack with wholesale pricing.

This would protect brand compliance, cut admin work, and make the platform usable for real B2B growth.
