Brand Level ETA is now available to all clients, giving dealers more control over estimated delivery times based on their brand and distribution setup.
Clients can now access Distribution Locations and Freight & Surcharge Rules as part of the standard experience, without requiring account-specific feature enablement. This makes it easier for clients and onboarding teams to configure ETA settings independently while providing a consistent experience across accounts.
Available to all clients: Brand Level ETA no longer requires account-specific enablement and can now be configured by all clients.
Distribution Locations: Users can configure Distribution Locations from Vendor Settings to better reflect their distribution setup when managing ETAs.
Freight & Surcharge Rules: All clients can configure Freight & Surcharge Rules to support ETA behavior for products with different freight or surcharge requirements.
Simplified onboarding: New clients that require Brand Level ETA can configure the feature during onboarding without waiting for manual feature enablement.
Consistent availability: Clients now have access to the same Brand Level ETA capabilities that were previously limited to specifically enabled accounts.
This update does not change the existing ETA calculation logic.
Clients already using Brand Level ETA should keep their existing configurations and ETA behavior.
Existing configurations for clients that previously had the feature enabled should remain unchanged.
Distribution Locations can be configured from Vendor Settings.
Freight & Surcharge Rules are now available to all clients as part of the Brand Level ETA setup.
If unexpected ETA behavior occurs after the rollout, review the client's Brand Level ETA, Distribution Location, and Freight & Surcharge configurations before escalating.
This update expands feature availability only and is not intended to change existing ETA calculations.
