29-219082 - Not Coming up in Search Bar

When searching for this quote in the search bar, the quote is not recognized in the system and therefore, does not have a drop down option to click. However, if I search the customer by name and then click on the customer profile page, I am able to scroll down and click the quote at the bottom of the page.
